To continue the conversation from last week about the flea market the hosts give examples of some trades that can be very profitable with the test results of buying the items for the trades and subsequently selling the item that was traded for. For example, send an in-game mail of some kind that would allow the other user to save the gun preset to make it easier to build. Those were the topics that the hosts flipped on, but the one they both agreed on that would be an amazing addition to the game would be the ability to share gun presets. This spawned the debate of whether or not overlay addons would be a good thing for Tarkov - Would it be OK as a stat dump after a raid? What about just a market API that gave more tools for ‘playing’ the market? Many references are made to the way World of Warcraft handles their addons and because Tarkov has many similar elements to larger MMO games (especially in the trade system) MTB and Ronal spent a fair amount of time talking about what they (battlestate) could do. Ronal’s main wish list item is an expanded market tool section or an API to allow for addons to be created. The thought of this coming to Tarkov is an interesting one - would you want to see when you kill a streamer? Would it cause more issues with stream sniping? MTB brings up a popular third party resource from PUBG (Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds for the unfamiliar - A battle royale FPS) called PUBG.report a website that uses the API to pinpoint, and deliver, the time at which two twitch streamers fight and one of them gets knocked or killed. The discussions start with a “wouldn’t this be cool” context, but we think you’ll be surprised where they land on some of their ‘dreams’ On this week’s episode MTB and Ronal talk about some of the things they ‘miss’ from other games or would like to see in Tarkov.

Rdr pass on interface inet proto udp from any to 255.255.255.255 port 29809 -> computer's ip port 29809 Next create a file that contains the PF firewall forwarding rules (I just did this on my desktop) called tplink.Removing it will make your computer safer but still give you the ability to run Java applications locally on your computer.) The plugin can be found at /Library/Internet Plug-ins/ugin. (If you don’t already have Java installed, and don’t need it I would highly recommend that you remove the web plugin and just keep the rest of the Java install intact. First if you don’t already have Java installed…install it from the Java site. You can tell what version you have by looking at the sticker on the router (usually on the bottom it will say either v1 or v2) Several people have said that v2 of the router contains a built-in web interface for making these changes. This guide is for connecting to v1 of the router. After some man page reading I came up with a solution to use the TP-Link software natively on my mac. The blog post has instructions on using ipchains, which of course Mac OS X does not have, instead one must use the PF firewall. Come to find out, the exe on windows is actually a java jar file in disguise. Google turned up a great blog entry on running the software natively on linux with the need to do some firewall port forwarding to see the switches. The software installs and ran but my problem was I couldn’t see any text, unless I specifically clicked on an entry and then the text would appear but it was very faded and hard to read. My first stab at running this software on my Mac was to use wineskin to install the software. The routers have been a great addition, however the one thing I was less than happy about was the management software was a) not web based and b) Windows only. At the time Amazon was offering the TP-LINK 8 port easy smart routers at dirt cheap prices so I bought several for my home network. I decided to instead move from an unmanaged network infrastructure to a managed switch environment with VLANs. I quickly dismissed this approach due to the nightmare of having to manage multiple wifi routers and for a lack of robust options this would give. In a recent Security Now podcast Steve Gibson mentioned the idea of using multiple Wifi routers to segregate your network. With the proliferation of the internet of things IoT, I’ve become concerned about the security (or lack thereof) of these devices. and are prepared to wait 4 Freakin Hours to back up a power users data to thumb drive (this ones fast, but I think its the encryption that takes forever.I recently decided to upgrade my network. IPhones have their own migration assistant for moving to apple phones from Samsung. Smart Switch, on the Galaxy device, also Encrypts your Data being backed up and you will need your Samsung account log in and password to access it.Īlternatively, you can just wirelessly use smart switch to transfer your stuff to a new device. but I think the s8+ has one, since it was my last phone, and I ALWAYS buy phones with that useability feature, id say you're golden. not all Samsungs have a micro sd slot either. The native phone app also allows you to use the micro sd card if you have enough room. I am currently using a usb-c thumb drive to back up ALL my note 10+ data using smarrtswitch on the phone. with the latest update as of this date, and smart switch for Mac gets stuck halfway through. Where to begin? How about with the $1600 tab and unbelievably snobby, crappy service. Luke L.: "We went here for my wife's birthday with 2 friends. I was appalled by the snobby service and the fact that they couldn't even make me a dish w/o somehow incorporating foie gras or veal in it." Margie O.: "More like like French Dirty Laundry. Have some common decency – it's not like you're a Swiss bank or something." Besides food and service, I have a problem with a restaurant that opens its doors to mass murderers. alice does and they do it far, far better. tons of places have taken the concept light years beyond anything ms. It's not as if we were gonna drink a whole gallon of it!"Ĭurrently A.: "Look, 100 years ago or whenever Alice whats-her-name came up with the oh-so-brilliant idea of serving stuff that's fresh and local (DUH, like rural people have been doing FOREVER), but guess what. WTH? For the price we were paying for the lackluster tasting menu, you'd think they could spare a few drops of the god damned 100-year-old vinegar. The only vinegar we have is 100 years old Balsamic vinegar, and it's really expensive." Hence, they didn't give us any. Minutes later, he came back with the olive oil and a sheepish, apologetic smile on his face: "Here's the olive oil. I asked the waiter if we could have olive oil and vinegar instead. Kristen S.: "They served us bread with butter. rediculous, where trying to be europeans and we're not, we are americans, we want generous portions of quality unpretentious home cooked food." seriously, little itty bitty food with foam and whatever fancy french manhattan bs plating and bs gimmicks, oh its at a farm, who cares, it's stupid mediocre food that's about $30 a bite. Now, Bitcoin Core allows the user to indefinitely “freeze” a UTXO. But this coin control feature required manual selection of what UTXOs to use every time – a cumbersome and tiring process that is highly prone to error. If the user typed an address with several mistaken letters, even if the tool could spot all of them it could end up suggesting a totally different address than what the user intended to send to in the first place – a much worse outcome.Ī Bitcoin Core user has had the option to choose what coins, or unspent transaction outputs (UTXOs), to use in a transaction for years now. The limit of errors the tool commits to finding is important because attempting to find a large number of typos could lead to undesired behavior. If more than two errors are made by the user when typing out the address, then the typo-finding tool cannot guarantee success. The tool is currently only available on the command line, through the “validateaddress” RPC, though there are plans to integrate it into the graphical user interface (GUI) in the future. However, it wasn’t until Bitcoin Core 23.0 that the user could benefit from that.īitcoin Core will now alert the user about up to two errors in a Bech32 address. Typos On Bech32 Addresses Can Now Be Spottedīech32 addresses, the format in which the address begins with “bc1,” have an interesting property that enables the spotting of possible typos. The user is thereby relieved from having to care about the derivation path their wallet used – a big improvement in user experience (UX). However, descriptor wallets make it much easier for the user to recover any funds by explicitly stating the derivation path in the descriptor. (The usage of different derivation paths by wallets is the reason why it is common to see a user attempting to recover funds in a second wallet finding a balance of zero.) Recovering funds in a Bitcoin wallet therefore commonly depends on that derivation path, as most applications today default to HD wallets. The wallet then uses that master private key to generate a master public key, which can be leveraged to generate a nearly infinite number of receiving addresses through derivation paths, that as the name says, guide the wallet to what path it should follow to correctly derive an address. Since the advent of hierarchical deterministic (HD) wallets, a Bitcoin wallet will typically use the recovery seeds (usually 12 or 24 words) to generate a master private key. Descriptor Wallets Are Now The Defaultīitcoin Core wallets now default to using descriptors when created, a significant change that promises a better backup and recovery process for bitcoin funds. As more users opt into the new upgrade’s features, its benefits are able to best permeate through the userbase. Save up to 80% versus print by going digital with VitalSource. Trekking with Gorillas in Rwanda is in itself overwhelming but these small additional tours in Musanze create an authentically rewarding Rwanda Gorilla holiday. Rwanda Gorilla tours in Volcanoes national park can be combined with a number of other interesting activities in and around Musanze / Ruhengeri town including a visit to Musanze caves, Iby'iwachu cultural village and the remarkable twin Lakes of Burera and Ruhondo with great marshes for bird viewing plus a number of lovely community walks in Kinigi. Both parks can easily be accessed with 3 to 4 hours of driving from Kigali which presents a great opportunity for those looking for budget gorilla trekking tours. Since Rwanda tripled its Gorilla permit price in May 2017, there has been a tremendous increase in visitors trekking with gorillas in Bwindi and Mgahinga from Rwanda’s Kigali airport. Gorilla tours in Rwanda are highly recommended for those that are short on time as the connecting time from the airport in Kigali to the Gorilla trekking base in Musanze / Ruhengeri is quite short compared to Uganda’s Bwindi and Mgahinga that lie 8 hours away from Entebbe airport or Kampala city. Call it a one-on-one experience with the gentle primates as you stand just 6 meters away from the magnificent mountain Gorilla, watching them and gazing into its brown eyes. Rwanda Gorilla Tours allow for the discovery and exploration of Rwanda including tours to the national parks, Cultural sites and of course Mountain Gorilla trekking in Parc Nationale Des Volcans – also known as Volcanoes / Virunga national park. Gorilla trekking in Rwanda gives you the opportunity for an up-close encounter with the highly endangered mountain gorillas.
